Delete your Zig & the Whys household and data

You can ask us to delete your Zig & the Whys household and its data at any time, from the website or the Android app.

How to ask

1. Email leverageonheroes@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Zig & the Whys data".
2. Tell us your children's first names as entered in the app and roughly when you started, so we can find your household.
3. If you bought a plan, send the email from the address you paid with.

What we delete

Everything linked to your household: child profiles, saved whys, questions and answers, Why Wall posts and Parent Corner settings.

What we keep

Payment records (date, amount and plan) that we must keep for tax and accounting law, for up to 7 years. Nothing else. If you have a paid plan, cancel it first so you are not charged again.
